Zebrafish Observation Diary 15

  Monday, March 28th, 2022 Weather: cloudy and rainy Situation: The water was changed at noon, almost completely, and the water quality is now significantly better than before. The fish are in very good shape, probably because the air pump is on, and every now and then there are fish jumping in the current spouting from the pump, many of them swimming close to the surface. They, like the bowl of seeds lying across the water, are somehow involved in the construction of their life form, a construction that comes from the inside out, a harmonious ecological beauty and a primal power. The two ”golden sharks“ (China algae eater)still like to stand upright, against the glass of the tank, bouncing upwards. But the water level is low and the tank is deep, so even if they jump high, it is unlikely that they will jump outside the fish tank .   One interesting discovery: the blue-striped zebrafish looked black from the surface.
