Weather: Sunny
Situation:
I came to visit the fish and crabs at work a day earlier than expected because I was worried about them. I actually had a very clear purpose, I came to change their water.
No more delays, really change the water. Since it was the first time I changed the water, I was a bit apprehensive. I first took out the fish and crabs from the tank into the water basin where they had been sitting for two days, and then I fished the water ficus, sprouted seeds of the water lily, and the tree trunk decoration out of the tank one by one.
With the assistance of two colleagues, the water pump was turned on and when it was turned on, the water in the fish tank was pumped out smoothly and flowed down. After pumping out about one-third of the water, the pumping was stopped.
One of the lily seeds had sprouted and bent across the entire surface of the water, as if building a plant bridge. The rest of the bowl of lotus seeds, except for one that did not sprout, are growing amazingly well.
One of the crabs appeared to be dead when they were fished out, its entire body turned over, belly up, and not moving at all. But to avoid a lapse in judgment, because last time I thought one crab was dead, but it wasn't, I put the one that might have been dead back into the tank. The remaining crab was, however, very much alive all the time.
The fish were in good shape and I always felt like I had another small fish when I changed the water, or maybe it was just my illusion.
Before I left, I fed the fish, including the mini crab that was in the little box.
